Continuing Education is required by all REALTORS and TBOR takes pride in going above and beyond what is expected.
We have monthly and often bi-monthly events with community professionals and legislators. This year our “Lunch and Learn” format has included local speakers on zoning and development changes, city ordinances, sewer and septic education, lenders, rates and market changes, Title companies and all they provide, local non-profits and their programs, emergency preparedness, Realtor safety, short term rental regulations, and more.
We have also had Oregon REALTORS Executive Board members from Salem and Bend attend our meetings and visit as a panel to speak about State and National updates.
We take our education seriously, we work together with our community and we pride ourselves on being a significant source for information for our clients and members.
